All items below are available to order for pick-up or delivery throughout the month of December.

 

Please note for all deliveries & pick-ups on Christmas Eve (December 24th), only items from the Holiday Entertaining menu will be available to order. We can't add regular drop off menu items to December 24th orders. 

Delivery and pick up times on December 24th are between 11:00AM - 2:00PM

Appetizers

 

Applewood Bacon Wrapped Dates (gluten free) - stuffed with manchego cheese. 24 pcs - $54.00

 

Cranberry Brie Tarts (vegetarian) - brie and house made cranberry coulis, puff pastry. Best served slightly warm. 12 pcs - $54.00

 

Lump Crab Cakes - buttery pan fried crab cakes served with chipotle remoulade sauce & old bay lemon aioli.  12pcs - $84.00

Loaded Baby Potatoes - stuffed with bacon and cheddar served with creme fraiche and chives to be put on after heated - 24pcs - $84.00

 

Butternut Squash Empanadas - stuffed with butternut squash, burrata, sage brown butter & parmesan cheese - 24pcs - $96.00 

 

Braised Lamb Meatballs - served with romesco sauce, toasted almonds & cumin creme fraiche. 24pcs - $96.00

 

Saffron Arancini - Crispy, handmade risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella & pecorino, served with spicy san marzano tomato sauce. Best served slightly warm. 24pcs - $84.00

 

The Caviar Set-up - Choose between 56 grams of white sturgeon caviar (serves 2-3) $190.00 or 125 grams (serves 4-6) $425.00 both sizes come with accoutrements. Accoutrements include blinis, minced shallots, minced egg whites, minced egg yolks, chives, & creme fraiche. Serve chilled. Requires 3 business days advanced order. Need a glass serving set with 2 mother of pearl spoons,additional $25.00, we need a week advance for this serving set to be included. 

 

Liver Mousse & Sour Cherry Crostini - chicken liver mousse, sour cherry conserva on country toast. Served chilled or room temp. 8 oz. jar of mousse & conserva, served with 15 crostini toasts on the side. - $48.00

 

Shrimp Cocktail - wild caught jumbo shrimp, house made horseradish cocktail sauce. Best served chilled. 1 dozen 13/15 shrimp & 8 oz. cocktail sauce - $48.00

 

Winter Charcuterie & Cheeseboard - Chef selects 5 cured meats & 4 artisanal cheeses, salted almonds, citrus & herb marinated olives, an artful display of seasonal fruit, herbs, edible flowers, figs, persimmons & grapes. Served with rustic artisanal crackers & baguette crostinis. Each board serves 15-20. - $230.00 (board can be made  cheese only with 6 chef's selections of artisanal cheese)

Prime Rib Roast - fully cooked boneless prime rib, mushroom & brandy sauce. serves 8-10 - $450.00

 

Traditional Beef Wellington - chateaubriand cut of filet mignon wrapped in mushroom duxelles and flaky puff pastry. Prepped and ready to cook. serves 6-8 - $350.00 

 

Grass-Fed Beef Short Ribs - braised boneless short ribs with carrots & cippolini onions. serves 6-8 - $200.00

Classic Herb Roast Turkey Breast - brined for 48 hours, roasted with olive oil, thyme, garlic & rosemary. Arrives unsliced (to keep moisture) serves 6-8 - $155.00
